Replacing front stabiliser bar bushes

Changed my brake fluid today, and noticed that my rollbar bushes are shot. (see pic)

Has anyone on here replaced these? Looks quite straightforward from the exploded diagram.
Thoughts/advice anyone?

- Remove front underbody protection.

- Remove stabilizer links on both sides from stabilizer. Replace self-locking nuts with new ones, torque to 65 Nm.

Grip at torx socket.
- Release 2 self-locking nuts and remove rubber mount from retaining bracket. Replace 2 self-locking nuts with new ones, torque to 30.5 Nm.

Keep contact face on rubber mount clean and free from oil and grease.

New self-locking nuts must be used each time components are installed in critical areas.

Spot on, I think the reason I didn't see that is because its not normally needed to remove them, you can get the bush off while that end of the bar is still in place.
