Removing "BMW" Floor Molding

I'm trying to find out how to remove the molding gound close to where the door closes, in order to run a sat radio attenna wire to the back. Does anyone know if a how-to has been down, that contains this procedure?
I did several searches, but couldn't find any instructions describing how to remove the various moldings.
