Hi
Could anyone point me in the direction of instructions for the removal of the rear panel.(the wood one between the driver and passenger seat that has the rear heated seat buttons) My buttons are the wrong way round.
I have been searching but cannot find the info.I have seen some people have removed their plastic one and replaced them with wood, but I cannot find how they removed them without causing damage.
Many thanks
Simon

Hi 535dse, I have not done this but it looks as if there are only two clips one on either side. I found a picture in the DIY section. It looks as if a thin flat piece of mettal pushed in (like a putty knife) could be the thing to use. Good lucky! Why not let them change it for you under warranty?

i agree w/gomac . if the buttons are in the wrong position, they should be the one who fix it, not you .

If you want to DIY, check under the Do It Yourself section of this forum. There are directions for poping out this panel so that the plastic can be replaced w/ wood. (Yes, you have the wood, but those of us w/ 2004 cars got the cheap plastic instead)

here's the link...

Just for fun, I went ahead and posted the removal instructions from TIS in the DIY thread. You can find it here.
