There are 2 jack pads on the each side of the car, front and rear, behind the side skirts.

There is a front jacking point (pad) which is located in the middle of the engine bay. Look under the front of the car, and you will see a rectangular shape black plastic pad in the middle of the car. If you remove the front under cover, you will see this pad located right in the middle of the engine sub-frame. That was the one I used to jack up the front and then put 2 jack stands on each side of the skirts.
Use the center jacking point under the front of car, or the one just behind the wheel (note the red jack in the pic below).

Do you mind sharing a link to the saddle pads? Thanks!

I do this to change summer/winter wheels. One lift per side. I put a jackstand on the front jack pad behind the front wheel for safety.

First of all 'nice jack' you've got there. They're no longer available in the US. However, I would be careful in that the rating for the DK13 is not very high.

Two more jack pad adapter sources: http://www.ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/pagebu...roductID=251251
and
http://www.reverselogic.us/jackpad.html
I particularly like the last one since it holds itself into the jackpad making it easy to line up.

Why are you concerned about the rating for the DK13 - it's 1300kg and the entire car weighs 1800 so unless you find the centre of mass under the car and lift it at just one point there's a fair bit of margin, no?
I have recently ordered one of the AC Hydraulics jacks, and it has been an ordeal, and expensive, but again, you get what you pay for. This recent flooding of the market by these inferior 'made-in-china' hydraulic jacks, that only last a limited number of lifts, is crazy.
I guess it's the same thinking as the jack stands. You buy 3-ton rated stands for a two-ton car?
