Hi All, I was bored earlier today, and had some resistors lying around from my failed LED turn signal conversion.... Then a notion came on how to install the front turn signals correctly.
I was able to install the resistors for the front headlamp without messing up the headlight at all. I just modded the turn signal socket a little.
Now I've got turn signal bulbs that match my HID's and doesn't give the error message. It also is very bright and its clear when not turned on. Not like the blue bulbs you buy and they are either greenish blue, and not bright at all.
Does anyone want me to post how i did it? if you guys are interested, let me know, i'll take pics of my turn signals and how to do it.

Also, for the LED turn signals, I did what was similar to the LED License plate bulb. I got a LED bulb from ebay, (I have euro spec headlights, so the bulb type is 581, 150 degree offset bulb. This was harder to find than the regular bulb most people have).
It matches my side markers too, cause I have those LED wedges put there.
Anyway, I'll go home and take some pics and post it up. Some of you will probably yell at me for putting the resistor there, but I figured, it wont melt since the bulbs is only used for signal and not constantly on. ok.. hard to explain, but you will all see.
Hey Eugene, did you ever get those headlight washer covers? how's the car doing? I might be lowering mine next week.
i wish I can put my quad exhaust and m5 bumper, but I might be buying an apartment with my girlfriend soon.
One more thing, your fog lights, where did u get them and do you get an error message? what's the temp for them?

Whats Up Mike,
I actually put the covers on yeterday, it was easy took like 20 minutes.
My Fog lights are 20000K, I ran them with a relay and a seperate switch, so I wont have the problem of the error message.
I wish I could drop by car, but my wheels are too wide and they will rub with people in the car. and I dont wanna go thru the headache of rolling the fenders, because i did that on my 3sr and it was a pain.
Congrads. on the G/F moving out situation. best of luck!!
Let me know how you car looks after you lower it.
