I have been restoring the above car with 20K miles. All the faults are clear. Car turns over fine when I push the button. However, it doesnt fire up. I pull the plugs and touch to the grounding strap and don't see any spark. How do I debug this? Can the alarm be faulty and cutting the ignition spark but allows the starter to turn? Should I measure voltage across the ignition coil? Any advice ?

There may be a crankshaft and/or camshaft sensor that is defective. That sensor may provide the "timing' for the plugs.

Any idea where that may be located. I also saw a TSB on the oil condition sensor can trip a no spark situation. Any advice how to debug this lack of ignition spark is appreciated.
