New member & Need info about navi business to pro with TV DVD

My Ride: BMW 525 D 02/2008, Carbon schwarz , M package, xenon adaptive, navigation, 135 18 wheels.etc
Hi everybody, I am new in the forum and I want to thank you all for this great work, just everything a BMW e60 needs.
Actually, I live in Paris and I bought a BMW E60 525D with 10 000 km, model is 05/05/2005, silver full options but with business navi, after years of Renault Clio, Peugeot 307 CC, Audi sportback, AND FINALLY THE CAR OF MY DREAMS.
I am sure the question has been answered but I am not finding the topic, I have the business Navi and I want to know the following:
- can I change business navi to pro in Europe if I buy one on ebay or bmw would do it for me and for how much??
- If I want to keep my simple business navi, can I watch TV and DVD??
- I saw photos of graphic carte navi with 6.5 screen, is that pro with small screen?
Would appreciate any help
