ncsexpert error

i'm can't seem to get past f1>f3>e60>vin number and all that stuff shows up. however, when i click on f6(back) i get a "coapi-1000: error"

i followed the setup instructions provided on http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=451145

i have the BMW USB OBD K+DCAN D-CAN Diagnostic Cable. when i load inpa i get two solid black dots..

any ideas?

whats the full error.

INPA working?

Check that your .man and .trc files are blank before you start with NCS.

Chk and see what is in the error.log file from within NCS Expert.

thanks everyone managed to fix the error.. looks like i was suppose to open file laden.bat to finish the upgrade process.

Not really but am glad you got it sorted. Personally I have never run laden.bat but still have a working set up.
