And if driving in a hill, or downwards. Then they'll adapt the most. Or driving with a trailer. But that's standard with all xenon cars.

It's not like they following the road when turning and so on, if that's what adaptive really means.
Yes adaptive lights turn when you turn the steering wheel, xenons have to have auto level control by law, they also have to have headlight washers as well by law.

If you want adaptive headlights then why not get an adaptive LM2 now and the headlights later?

Yes but then I do a lot of night driving, the adaptive LM2 is backwards compatible with non-adaptive xenons.

Could you explain a little further? I almost never use my xenons, DRL the most.

Right! Then i don't need to care about what light module i buy, as long as it says "LM II"

But it's a little bit more worth it to get hold of an LM2 that support adaptive headlights if it works with non-adaptive headlights. What if i change my mind and want to retrofit AHL

I dunno this, that's why i'm asking BLooD to share a vid so i can get a little understanding Just the feeling to drive around with a -2004 E60 WITH cornering lights, i mean.. How many can do that Unless you've done the proper LM2 retrofit!

What you mean "true" quad projektors? Isn't that pretty standard for LCI headlights? What you have in those small projektors.. high beam??
The thing about used ones is that half the time (that I know from people that have tried to retro used LM2) it doesn't work. I have encountered one incident myself with a customer's used LM2 where it couldn't be recoded, and after he bought a new one, everything was good to go.

Don't get me wrong, I have been able to recode used ones before as well, but it's just a crappy ordeal to have to go through if you get a bunk.

As for the quad projector. No, LCIs do not have quad projector. The inner cornering lens is basically a reflector in the middle, with a plastic cover over it.
