NCS coding for door locks

Got this working and tested.. Turns out I like it and the wife does also in her car.

It even works with Comfort Access which I thought was a problem when I first tried it out.

After driving, I press the stop button and the doors automatically unlock. Either the driver door only OR all the doors depending on preference setting in iDrive.

Note to Troy and Jay:
The valet key will open the doors and activate the ignition. It will not open the trunk (boot) or the glove box if locked.
