Mtech Front Bumper Installation Question

My Ride: 2004 545i Sport, Premium, Cold Weather, Ipod, 35% Tinted windows
Those that have had their front bumpers installed or have installed them themselves, did you order the "Mtech Shock Absorbers?" It appears that some have and some have used their existing ones. I am wondering if I should order "Mtech Shock Absorbers" or will I be fine with the stock ones. In addition, does anyone have a good set of instructions or a DIY for the front bumper? I have found a good set of instructions for the side skirts and rear, but not so much luck with the front. Thanks advance for your help.
