Not sure what products there are in Germany that are same as this cleaner here, but I'd guess there should definitely be something very similar at your local auto parts store

Allright, thanks.
Think I found the right stuff:

Gonna go ahead and try it

I did it and I swear the car loves to rev higher and faster, and acceleration feels much better!

Oy, I forgot - I was at my mechanic's when I was doing it, so I just used his tools LOL

Here's the part number for the torx screw: 13627531817

I cannot find the size anywhere for some reason though

Do anyone know the location of MAF sensor for the N54 (twin turbo) engine?

There should be a plug that goes into the side of your inlet pipe from your airbox towards the engine plenum. It is located in there. Should be easily accessible!

I am planning on doing this. If I can't find the same MAF cleaner, is the WD40 ok?

Not sure. I'd stay away from putting WD 40 on there though - just somehow it doesn't make sense to me. I may be wrong though.

I think the cleaner I used is alcohol-based and its definitely not oily or greasy. It dried very quickly, but it was NOT pressurized air can - there was some sort of liquid there. I'll try to look at the can and see if I can give you a rough idea of the ingredients.

Thanks V for the quick reply. I just went to my local auto store and they don't have the MAF cleaner. The person in charge told me to use the "F1 injector/carburetor cleaner" as most of the mechanics here use it to clean the MAF. I am a bit hesitant on using it. Any advice?
