leveling front headlight..need help!

the driver side headlight is lower than the otherside.
i know that it should be slightly lower due to safty reason,
but after i replaced it (i got an accident a while ago..) it is mor than "slightly" lower.
i started to bother me now..
anyone know how to level it?
