Check to make sure your daten files are correct. The mileage is no longer stored in EEPROM with the intro of E65 then carried over to E60 then to E90. It is stored in CAS/LM. This info is being transmitted to your KOMBI
I will look at the files but can you give the UIF info please of both your old cluster and this one? Trace file isn't going to tell anything.

Here I've made changes to the LCI cluster trace after comparing them. This is the changed file.
However, these values below are on the LCI but were not on your original. So I did not change them. What I would do is first get the ZBNUMBER for each on the UIF. I would flash the unit and add your VIN. Use WINKFP. Then I would encode it individually with a blank managment using NCS and the lastest DATEN. Then just process the entire vehicle. Now after that if there are still issues then you can look at the stuff below. A lot easier than a vehicle that had EEPROM eh?

What were you connecting to it with? And what were you trying to write to it with? An E92 and an E60 are two different filesystems and therefore are two different data sets.

I never heard of that cable sorry.
Anyway I see you were able to access it since you got the trace files. Go to INPA and give the UIF. As far as writing to it. It's something easy to do. I don't know if you're up for flashing or not though.

Its the best cable that normally costs $90 or so
I done loads of coding for a few years with out any issues
I dont mind updating the software of thats what i have to do Blood loves across the river from me can always go see him as hes also interested in doing this mod
How long does flashing take for a kombi
I have not had the chance to get the uif info for the new one as not had chance to swap it ober again will do this tomorrow
Just finshed fitting a 2009 sport wheel into my pre lci car
I done loads of coding for a few years with out any issues

Can`t change the VIN number in these kombis, the VIN is write protected. I just flashed my LCI combi and the VIN didnt change.
