Is there a how-to for installing this? Is it a difficult install?

Not difficult, but you need a lift and the right tools. I did it with a BMW mechanic.

BTW, just noticed you're in NYC. Rogue is in Northern Jersey. I'd take the car to them and have them do it. Well worth it.
