installing amplifier and subwoofer on e60

Hello everyone.
I just bought a bmw 525d 2005, 2 weeks ago ...
I bought 1 subwoofer + 1 amplifier ... also i have 4 JL speaker + 1 JL amplifier to run the speakers.
I have been having problem installing the amplifier and subwoofer to my bmw.
Can someone tell me how i can install my amplifier and subwoofer to my bmw, any help will be appriciated.

PS. I am sure this topic has been mentioned before, i have done my research about regarding this topic, and found very limit information.
