Can someone please enlighten me, I've ordered some bulbs and I want to try replacing the bulbs myself but the opening hole for the H3 bulbs are very small... is there a DIY on this? Thanks.

Darwin took my headlight out and worked from there. Switched mine out with white invisbulbs. Hahah Doubt if I helped but you can always go to Darwin!

I didn't find a DIY when changing my own, but it is covered in the manual fairly thoroughly. I'd suggest some needle nose pliers and a little patience.

here's my thread on changing them

http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=59355

no pics of the actual install..but as stated in my other thread..

"My only suggestion would be to use a pair of needle nose pliers (wrap the tips with electrical tape as to no scratch up the base of the bulb) to get the bulb in and out of the small socket, or if you have small fingers have at it. Refer to page 237 of the owners manual to change."
