How to remove third brake light?

My Ride: AW E46 M3 Vert
hey guys how do I remove the third brake, I'm trying to have my whole rear window tinted without having to go around the brake light. The tint shop refuses to remove the light because they say it won't attach the same away and I'd risk breaking it as well.
