I'm getting a new front bumper (mtech) and would like to know how to remove the present bumper. I've searched many forums and many different keywords but still have not found a guide complete enough to satisfy my curiosity. I've downloaded the .pdf files found on this forum but it lacks step by step instructions. If someone could please show me which/where the screws need to be removed, it'd be much appreciated.

I found this picture on google images (but also noticed it belonged to a member on this forum. I hope the owner of this vehicle does not mind me using this picture, if so please let me know and I will remove it immediately). Can someone with knowledge of how to remove the bumper please highlight (with MS Paint or Photoshop perhaps) the locations where the screws/clasps are located? Within a few days I will start the removal of the bumper, I just don't want to go in there blind and start removing unnecessary screws/clasps. I've also read that the radiator duct needs to be moved, what exactly needs to be done to it?

(BTW, I understand that pieces have to be cut in order for the bumper to fit and am fully capable of doing this but I do not understand why an 8mm hole needs to be drilled. Could someone fill me in?)

Also, are there any additional parts I will need to purchase from the dealer?

I just installed my new m-tech bumper today. It is a lot more simple than I thought. I followed the pdf file that Rudy posted. It is very helpful and anyone can do it. The front bumper was off within 20 minutes, the new bumper was on within 30 minutes but I thought one part didn't fit correctly (stuck out about 1/4") but when I reapplied the bumper I got the same result so that wasted about 20 more minutes. The most "difficult" part was cutting the mudflap and drilling a new hole for the bottom screw but a quick 5 minute job with the dremel took care of that. It looks like it came straight from the factory.
