My Ride: 2006 530i Alpine White, Premium Package, Logic 7, NAV, 5W LED Angel Eyes
I need to remove the 3M bra from my 530i's lower lip before I install my ACS lip. Any suggestions to make this job simple and pain free?

if it is real 3M material it should be fairly easy to remove and you have 2 options:
1. heat the material with a heat gun until warm (not hot) and start from one corner and peel back slowly.
2. let the car sit outside on a hot sunny day and let the material bake in the sun and the start from one corner and peel back slowly.
it should come off in one piece rather than breaking apart if it's in good shape and leave very minimal residue. also remember to peel to the side rather than straight up to reduce the stress on the material.
