How do I remove the factory grill?

My Ride: 2006 525i Alpine White, Grey Leather, Premium package, Cold Weather, 20% tints, M-tech M5 spoiler, ACS roof spoiler, 19inch Zeneitti Dueces, B&B Exhaust
What's up does anyone no how to remove the factory grill i saw a while ago on here that it was really hard and not worth it but the more and more i see my friends m3 with the chrome grill i think im just going to put it in so if anyone could tell me how to possible do it that would be good thanks
. i kind of remember there are a few more.
