Where is the horn located on the E60? This afternoon a dummy cut me off I hit the horn and it sounded pretty weird (like an old Chevy). Not sure if I lost the low or high pitch!

Where can I buy a replacement other than the STEALER?

I'd like to know too. Not because mine is broken, but because it is too damn quiet

RealOEM doesn't show a location http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?mo...;fg=40&hl=1 but I suspect that your horn volume INSIDE your car is not as loud as outside because of the car's sound insulation. Stand outside and see if it's loud enough to get any attention.

I suspect the horns are actually located somewhere behind the headlights / front facia.

Open the hood and have someone press the horn. Just follow the sound.
