Help?! Run cable from drivers cabin - engine bay

My Ride: 2005 530d M Sport, Carbon Black, Black half leather
anyone know where i can run a cable to get from inside the car to the engine bay? usualy theres a way to push one in but duno where to start looking and dont want to rip apart panals looking. its just a small cable like speaker wire i want to run to the front
