Lol! Yes, that's what I was fearful of. I might try the expensive Geyon ceramic coating to see if that protects them from degrading again. The alternative is a set of LCI headlights which cost a lot for me, given my car has adaptive xenons.

This is good to know. I have a question.... previous owner of my car already restored the headlights but they're now fogged up again. He said he applied a protectant to them but they eventually degraded again. Given they've been restored once, would a second attempt hurt?

Thanks. I would explore the LCI light upgrade but I think the cost will come to more than I paid for the car. Justified if it's an M5, but it's not.

For restoring headlights, I recommend using a progression of sandpaper with grits like 1500, 2500, and 3000 for the best results. This method helps remove cloudiness and imperfections effectively. After sanding, don't forget to use a high-quality headlight polish and sealant. If you prefer professional assistance, consider contacting Colorado Chip for Denver windshield repair. They have the expertise to restore your headlights. Learn more at https://www.coloradochip.com/. Enjoy clear and safer nighttime driving with restored headlights!
