Per request from the OP I'm here uploading a few pics on how my own installation looks. I came from a non M-sport bumper. This can probably be further adjusted/improved but it's good enough for me. Parts I bought in addition to the bumper and lower mesh/grill were:
Air ducts 51117895743 and 4 for 40 EUR/pce. Not absolutely needed but you'd better get something there to direct dirt and stuff away from the engine bay. NB they need anyway to be cut in order to fit into existing channels
Shock absorbers 51117895741 and 2 for 18 EUR/pce. Some people say you can get a good fit without these and other people don't. I would say I probably could have done without them but can't tell 100%
Bumper brackets 511117895735 and 6 for 3,5 EUR/pce. These you need to get a decent fit and in combination with the fenders you'll get a perfect fit.
Here are the pics, no adjustments have been done between them so it's the same installation from different angles. Gap looks really big in some pics and it's easy to exaggerate it in your mind, but when comparing with Pete's and Torsteins rides in the last pic you see that there's not a major difference from the factory look.
Any other concerns, just shoot me a PM
