Hi, my fog light lights have built up moisture inside and I want to take them out to clean. I have a M5 front spoiler and had a look from the rear removing the plastic covers, but cannot find the srews where the fog lights are fixed. Anybody can help please? My dealer wants to replace them which I think is nonsense since they work properly and neither the lens or the reflector have damage or rust.
Thanks
Jurgen

Your dealer suspects that the fog lamp body or seal is causing moisture to collect. And I don' t think there is anything in the lamp to rust but if you can't keep moisture out I agree they probably should be replaced. After the lamp is used and the fog lamp gets hot ... when you turn it off the cooling effect creates a vacuum and draws in cold air and moisture.

You could try to use a heat gun to dry it out - direct the hot air in through the bulb socket but don't get it hot enough to melt any plastic parts.
