fog light adjustment

Does anyone how to adjust fog light?

that would be really useful for HIDS, since there not projectors they shoot out everywhere.

You will find on the mtech bumper a small hole and inside it there is a plastic alan wrench socket which can be turn to adjust the hight, on non mtech pop off the plastic cover sorrounding the fog. btw the picture i used is C's ex girlfriend
