Fluid for rear diff?

My Ride: 2005 BMW 545i, Titanium Silver. Bridgestone 760s on Weds Bavaria II 18" wheels, standard sport pack size. Sport, AT. Latest job - NGK Iridium IX plugs installed.

Anyone changed the Differential fluid? What did you use? Is 75w-90 gear oil OK? Sorry, new search does not return relevant content.

Yes, I do it every 50.000 kms. or 30K miles. It is a 15 mins job.
