Thumbs up

My chrome exhaust tips are beginning to peel - I would like to replace them - will they come off easily or do I need to have a repair shop remove them?

Thanks

Just slide under the car, place a wood block next to the inner part of the exhaust tip (you can see where it starts once you're underneath), and tap it with a hammer. They're held on by internal pressure tabs. You also can sand them and use high temp paint. I did mine in flat black.

Yup, they come off alarmingly easy. Mine are also in flat black now
