How do I convert the RCA wires to speaker wire. The RCA wires I have do not look like that. By that I mean that the positive and negative wire looks combined.

e60 Sub and amp install
 

About to take on upgrading amp/subs in 2007 530i (E60) with Logic 7 OEM amp. I have all sub speaker wire located to tap into in my 20 pin wire harness bus - BUT in the diagram attached, I don't see any remote power pin location. Slot 9 as described as Remote power in most other posts is for front left tweeter in this diagram. That slot in my harness is a yellow/green stripe wire. There is a 2nd smaller bus in my amp as well. Would Remote be in that harness.

How big can you go before needing to upgrade the alternator?
 

You said you put in a 2kw amp, was it 2kw RMS? I want to put in a jp23 which is 2300 watts but I'm worried it might be to much draw. What's the biggest amp anyone's had running on stock electrical? Thanks in advance if anyone sees this. I know this thread is old AF 🤣
