E60 key battery change - problem

Hi!
I've changed key battery at my E60 and it seems that it was too long witout power. I can unlock it manualy and start the car, but it won't open remote.
I've tried reprogram it on this 3 ways (
) but it doesn't work...
Is there some other way to make it work?
Please help!
