I have no idea how difficult these would be to do yourself but I think they are pretty important.

Change the differential fluid - dont forget to get some crush washers.
Drain the transmission - doing this one myself this weekend.
Bleed each brake caliper until you see the new clean fluid - i like to alternate between the blue racing fluid and gold, that way i can tell when its pushed the old out.
Remove the banjo fitting on the power steering pump and dump as much of it out as possible and refill.
Change the very expensive cabin filters - you need 2.
I do this routine on all my BMW's every 2 years or 40K miles....
and i push my bmw's upwards of 280K miles before i give them away....

Engine Oil- Oil + Filter change, check handbrake, Air filter change (I would also check \ replace the oil separator filter).
Vehicle Check - Just check the condition of interior and exterior body work.
Micro Filters - Replace microfilters.
Brake Fluid - Should be changed at least every two years.
Diesel Filter - This is the expensive Particulate filter 120K miles?
Front Brakes - Check \ Replace pads and discs where required.
Rear Brakes - Check \ Replace pads and discs where required.
Spark plug - Check \ replace (Petrol only)
Coolant should also be changed every 2 years. The autobox is supposed to be lifetime fluid but I believe it is good practice to change this and the filter at around the 100K mile mark, the same is true for the diff oil though some people say every 50K miles. What you have listed is fine IMHO but you should consider replacing the Oil separator filter. Also worth considering if you havent done so it to remove your intake swirl flaps, have removed mine recently from my 525d. They seemed solid enough but I wasnt happy driving the car wondering if today is the day I end up having to search for a new engine....
Good luck with the service.
One last tip, every second service I use an oil extractor to drain my oil from the dip stick. If you dont have one I recommend getting one unless you like lying under the car getting covered in oil.
