DOES ANY1 KNOW HOW TO FIT M5 MIRROR'S...????

DOES ANYBODY ON THIS FORUM KNOW HOW TO FIT M5 MIRRORS...
I HAVE BOUGHT A PAIR OF M5 MIRRORS FOR MY E60 530DM.
THE PEOPLE I BOUGHT THE MIRROR'S FROM TOLD ME THESE MIRRORS ACCEPT THE MOTOR'S AND WIRING'S FROM MY CURRENT MIRROR'S BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THAT, IF SOMEONE CAN DIRECT ME WITH A LINK OR HELP ME WITH DIAGRAMS THEN IT WILL BE WELL APPRECIATED....

My Ride: 2006 Audi A8 4.2TDI Previous rides: 2005 E61 530d, 20" Breyton reps, Eibach springs, M5 bumper/mirrors/MFSW 2000 Audi S6 Avant, 18" OZ, RS6 exhaust etc 1998 Audi A8 4,2Q, 19" RS4 wheels, Remus exhaust KW coilovers etc 1986 Audi 100CC, funky fresh steel rims w plastic covers, rubber lip on boot..... 1987 BMW 320i, 15" alloys + rubber lip on boot :) 1982 Opel Ascona 1,6DL, tinted windows and a big-ass subwoofer :P

Look here in the DIY section. There is a post on how to mod pre sept -05 mirrors to fit a post sept -05 car. I know it's not your issue but there's a good instruction for taking the mirrors apart. It's straightforward and simple, you just need some small screwdrivers & torx.

There are also good posts on how to remove the door panels which you will have to do when disconnecting the wiring for the mirrors.

The door cards just pop off but be sure to remove the nagative from the battery as there is a door airbag!!! there is only one screw in the door card at the side under a plastic cover, you will also need star sockets as there is 2 different sizes to remove the mirror, behind the door card is a module where the wires for the mirrors are plugged into, i found it easier to remove this as the wire plugs can be a pain to get out and in!!
