Just wanted to add a little more information. Those three screws on either end under the headlight do not need to be removed. If you look closely at the parts, those three screws are holding a plastic part onto the fender that basically clamps the bumper on. The first clip you can see and with a thin blade screwdriver you can loosen it and remove it. The next two you can't see, but there is a hole about the size of a hole punch in the metal above each tab, push your screwdriver through that and you can pull the bumper out without having to remove that plastic piece.

I removed the bumper so that I could replace the washer fluid pumps that were leaking and learned about this.
