why are you guys buying new plugs? what's wrong with using the old ones??

They're cheap and that's what the TIS recommends.

Despite BMW's claim of "Lifetime Oil" in their transmission and differential.....dont believe it. Changing these fluids on a vehicle with as little as 30k miles will surprise you! Dont follow the 100k service interval for these fluids as recommended by BMW.

Clean the work area, put all tools away, lower the car and enjoy the UDM .
After the rear wheels on ramp, how much clearance do we have for the floor jack in the front ? I saw that you had 3 floor jacks to rise the front. I only have 1 floor jack and 4 jack stands. I am thinking to raise the front from the front center jack point under the car after the rear is on ramp. But I worry about the clearance between the front bumper and floor not wide enough to insert the floor jack to the front jack point.

Use the scissor jack on the side lifting point to slightly raise the front to allow floor jack clearance. GL.
