Hi guys.
Now that i have some time to work on my Mtech OE bumper, i wanna cover these PDC holes.
My E60 doesn`t have PDC sensors and i don`t want to install aftermarket ones (i had them on my W211 and took them off after 3 days).
Any idea what should i use? Where should i start? I was thinking of wood pugs and bondo from both sides or plastic glue. Is that gonna stay there?

Also...after that comes the priming and the painting part? Any suggestions what kind of materials should i use?
I have a spray finishing shop (wood), and i guess the painting part should not be that hard for me. Is just the process that i`m concerned.
I watched some youtube videos, but looks like if you watch 30 videos you get 30 different ways to do it.

Anyway...i need some help!
Thanks!

because the bumper is plastic I would recommend that you rough up the areas around it, patch from behind and use some 5 min epoxy(cheapest) and then sand down. If you try a filler it will not stick properly. I DARE you to use bondo filler, fiberglass resin and the clear hardener though it will definitiely fill and you will have the strongest plastic you've ever witnessed in your life. I created some bumper mounts with that stuff man. I use it to make custom kick panels and it's crazy strong....Crazzzy

This is what i`m using at my shop to fix imperfections in wood (after it gets primed).
I`ll take pictures while i`m "fixing" my bumper and i`ll post them here.

That's just spot putty it's not very strong, only to fill tiny pin-holes after you've completed your feathering of the filler. I would definitely not use that. It will crack like the grand canyon. You can use it last if you have small pin-hole air pockets though just not a filler. if you use actual lightweight BONDO filler and BONDO fiberglass resin and make a 80/20 mix and use the clear activator, you'll be fine but be prepared to do it a few times to build it up and if you get it on cement it will laugh at your 20 lb sledge hammer. I'm not kidding man. This is a trade secret! Did I mention I used it to mount a bumper that the tabs broke off? Good luck

wow. Thanks man! You save my day! I was about to spend money on all kind of things to cover these holes.
My bumper is black too. Actually....it will be black when it gets finished.

Did you use any glue or just put them in and all done? Can you attach a picture of your bumper, please?
