Hi

Ok... then you're speaking about the "back knee support" that slides frontward, right ?

http://www.dayza.com/Users-Photos/1275927364.jpg : this seat is fitted with it right ?
http://0.tqn.com/d/cars/1/0/3/p/1/ag..._frontseat.jpg : this seat is not fitted...

Regarding this sliding support:
French standard seats are like the second one above.
Sport seat are like the first one.

bleudyno.....I really appreciate your tutorial....I have been searching for this instruction for over 2 weeks...How long did each headrest roughly take to replace? I am excited to swap mine out in my 06 530i...

Hi

check also my tutorial: http://www.matelau.fr/bmw/Change_std...to_comfort.pdf

As far as I'm concerned, it took me 45 minutes each as I had also to do some tweaks as my headrest is not electric... without the tweak, I would say 20 to 30 minute per headrest (longest part is to slide the clip under the leather)

Its pretty clear to me what to do once I have the parts but I am not 100% sure on what part numbers are the right ones for my car. Any suggestions?
