Hi,

I have yesterday done the upgrade from Business to Professional in my 525d 05/04 with used parts!

The ccc fired up but I have not a picture.. I have used the old LVDS cable between and sliced the "tap" of.

I have tried the installed the old Business screen and the picture is back! What can be wrong? Is it the cable - I have read that others have used the old cable or can the screen be dead?

All inputs are welcome!

Had the same problem, u put the lvds wrong, turn it and put it back in...
And problem cleared

Thanks - I have tried both ways without succes.. There are picture on the busniess screen so the cable should be correct and I cant place it wrong on the screen because the cablehouse are bend!

 

Don't think it could be somethin else, bende the cable and try it, I know it's not easy cuz the cable is kinda hard..
Or you may have to buy a new screen..
