Like the title says. I want to create a basic toolkit for my E60. This is my first foreign car and I noticed that the car uses different bolts compared to my previous GM cars. Whats the best basic tools I need to do basic work on my E60.

Thanks in advance

LOL doesn't have to be THAT good, I got my set including 6 different torx drivers and 6 additional bits for $4 at auto zone. Not bad for something you will definitely need at some point.

+1 add to this a 7mm hex bit for a socket wrench so you can easily replace the brake pads (the caliper requires this) - got mine from Sears for $5, and a tool to push the brake pistons back in - again I got mine from Sears for $4.
