Audio upgrade?

Hello, I'm new to this forum (and to my BMW 525D)
I was thinking about upgrading the sound system of the car so I went to a car-audio installer and got the following:

frontspeakers: FOCAL 100 KP 370?
rearspeakers: FOCAL 100 KP 370?
Sub woofers: JL AUDIO 6W0-4 278?
Amplifiers: AUDISON 2K 820?

Is this worth the upgrade?
What is the output of the (standard) BMW amplifier? (watts RMS)
I don't know if I have the standard or HIFI audio installed. There are two subs under the seats.
I have a german BMW with the prof. nav. system and the TV function.

Popping in replacement components is relatively easy. New amps and subs is a step up in complexity. Base audio sound quality sucks pretty bad, but Logic 7 Premium Sound is alright. Check out the link in my sig to see what it takes to do a complete custom system.
