you need something like Peripheral VEN4, it will take the speakers out and turn them into RCA outputs, if you plan to use the factory system. I say just take the cd player under the AC controls out and put your cd player there. Is much easier and sound better replacing the whole system, than spending all the time and money trying to improve on our current OEM system.
