Anyone wired a switcher for the screen on an e60?

My Ride: 2006 530xi (Titanium Grey/ Black interior) Debaged, L.e.d. light upgrade throughout. ACS roof spoiler. H&R sport sprigs, Angel eye upgrade, euro sticker, ,matte black grills.

I am trying to find a wiring diagrahm to connect a video switcher to my e60. I have a switcher that my friend sold me to convert the navi screen into a tv and use my navi DVD slot as a DVD player. I know it can be done, just trying to see if anyone has done this to an e60?
