Anyone have a taillight removal+installation guide?

My Ride: '06 530xi Jet Black
I need to change taillight from my OEM to LCIs, but not sure how to take out the old lights(without going through an adventure) and put the new ones in(again without going through an adventure). Thanks!
you should use search the function on the upper right corner ... no need to go through an adventure ... GL!
