Chi-Town Racing and Das, very nice install and tips!!
I too hate the weak yellowish AE's on my car, would like to upgrade.
Any idea how long the bulbs will last? Is there a warranty that comes with them?
Also, I think I would actually prefer a more subtle white look (and cheaper cost!!), rather than the astounding brightness of the Angelibrights. Are the Polarg bulbs still available, and what is the specific bulb and cost??
Thanks in advance!!

Anyone have any comparison pics between the PIAA Angel Eye upgrages currently available from Bavarian Auto ($130 pair) vs. the AngeliBrights ($350 pair). Significant difference in cost!!

I know the bottom 2 are 20. the top my torx attachment didnt have a number but are significantly larger. Like the instructions said just loosen the bottom 2 which were colored in white ,and make sure your attachments are secure and wont come off! when you connect the ABrights to the plug dont plug it in all the way to test! i plugged the first one the wrong way and it was delicate to remove. just plus 1/3 in and turn on. The thin plastic rod that holds the corner part of the light broke on both head lights! those pieces are very weak and cheap from bmw  no worries if yours breaks its very secure when the hood is down.

I just did the headlight removal again and I had a few tips that might be helpful to those who have trouble. This is on the M5 so I don't know if it applies to all E60's.
1) I don't think the innermost T30 screw needs to be removed. Just the other two T30 and then the bottom two T20's loosened.
2) If you have trouble getting the headlight out, remove the weather strip at the middle of the car (pops right out) to reveal 5 T30 screws holding the front bumper in place. Remove those five screws. This should give enough movement to make sliding the headlight out easier.
3) (this maybe M5 specific) The plug wires were not long enough where I could rest my headlight on the engine bay, so I just unplugged them. The big plug, just slide the "open box" piece of plastic down to unlock the plug and pull it out. For the smaller plug, just bush the tab to unlock and pull.

think 300 dollars is too much... angel eyes are about 89 dollars and it seems the same... here is sample
