My CHA 5634 or S634 has not worked for over a year until recently. Just after it started working again my navigation stopped working. When I open my navigation it says "Installing new software, do not eject DVD - ROM until Alpine logo comes out" Then after it looks as if loading the same message keeps coming up. I used to be able to slide the cover down on the NAV Player and it would eject the disc. Now when I slide it down it does not eject. I disconnected all cables and re-connected and still the same problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I also am looking for an updated DVD/Rom since mine is outdated and 6 years old.
