So, got around to ordering a bunch of Zaino stuff and wow, the Z2 and Z5 works great! Best Polish/wax I've ever used. However, the leather in a bottle really stinks. Works good, but to me, it does not smell like leather, more like burnt rubber. I'm thinking, well, maybe I got a bad bottle. So, I tried calling up their customer service, finally got through and customer service doesn't really handle customer service calls...go figure. They actually only take your sales orders...ah, than why do you say it is your Customer service line? So they tell me to call Technical support...okay. Never got through, always got the voicemail, left a few messages, never heard back. So I figure, why not just email them, maybe they are phone adversed people. I sent a few emails to a bunch of different email zaino addresses, including Sal@zainobros.com. Two weeks now, and still no answer. All I wanted to know was if I got a bad bottle or if it is supposed to smell like that. I wasn't asking for a refund or anything. I love their polishes, but their customer service is complete crap!

Sorry to hear about that.

I would like to make a suggestion why not try Einszett Leathercare : )

I have found excellent support when purchasing thru their network of local distributors. You might want to contact Zaino to find out who your local distributor is and contacting that person directly.

Good luck,
Randy...
