Penneta,

I am curious, what kind of car wash you too your car tooo?

Winter is coming and I think I will need to take my car to a car wash because I doubt I will be washing my car once it gets real cold ( I never do)

I hand wash the e60, but just today I went through one of those gas station car washes with another car.

I was pretty impressed. No brushes, no guardrail, just a high pressure wash and rinse. The drying was insufficient, but if I had brought a little detailing spray and a microfiber cloth, I'd be good to go.

My dealer has a guy who comes in and fixes wheels. $150 each time. Kind of makes me just want to buy a new set.

The biggest problem with car washes is at the end of the wash tube they have some kid or person who cares very little in what they are doing. When they are hand drying the car they use rags and towels that are not the best. I have even seen the kid drop the towel on the floor in the dirt and rocks and pick it up and just keep on going. That can really hurt a paint job

Hey,
You guys should go to hot-chick car wash. Your car will be massaged with warm body texture.
Make sure bring only yourself and your sunglasses when you go to this car wash. Car will be damaged if you bring your wife or girlfriend(s)

My experience was even worst, I'd once went to a car wash w/ people hand dry the car at the end. The worst part is, they start drying from the rims to the roof!!!!

I would love to do it myself, but it's illegal!
So I use a car wash without brushes, just textile. Works awsome and the car comes out like brand new. Just have to wait another week for them to reopen, since the place burned down.

Are you serious about this??? Why is it illegal in Germany to handwash your car? Because of environmental issues??
