Please post wat you think is the best wax for good looks and good protection. I currently use Meguiar's but many people say many things about different wax and many people at Meguiar's say different things about different Meguiar's product. I'm looking to find a very good wax for my car regardless of the cost. Thanks.

If you ask three detailers, you will get four opinions. :D

When the price doesn?t matter I would prefer Pinnacle souveran. Especially on dark colours it?s great. Maybe it doesn?t give a ?mirror-like? shine, but a wet, deep-looking gloss that I like a lot. Never had a wax, that you can apply so thin and sparingly. Very easy to use, hand application without any problems.

I agree as said above, also Meguiar's is good but I love the AutoGlym that is one of the top really.

IMO, the polymers beat the waxes. My choice was RejeX.

Polymers? Wats the differences between polymers and waxes? Thought they were the same thing? (Thats stupid of me) Zaino looks tempting but all of them say polish which probably means abrasive and abrasive is no no for me.

Zaino: I just got a few car nuts at work to go on a group buy this week to save on shipping...there's a whold range of products...Z-1 thru Z-? You can pick and choose or buy the kit. The more layers you put the deeper the shine!

I have used pretty much all of them, the Meguiars products are top notch and for small scratches and swirls, their remover with the wax is unreal. If you have a fairly new car and you are looking for a great shine and supereasy application, you cannot beat the new Turtle Wax Ice products. They are very easy to apply since it is a clear liquid instead of paste and very easy to buff out. I keep a bottle of the Ice detailer for any spots or quick touch ups...
