Here's a review of car polishes from Consumer Reports. (I realize that CR doesn't always align with purists and tends to put a high weight on value instead of best performance regardless of cost, etc. but it's still worth reading.)
(Hope I don't get anyone in trouble posting this. If there is any potential problem, please delete!) Overview: |

I think it's more of a polish than a wax so as far as protection, I don't think it offers too much.
Zaino is a multi-step paint treatment system that offers as many steps as you want to buy. Check out the picks of this ulta-shiny Zainoed M3. Steps taken and products used to achieve this amount of shine: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1) Sunlight wash (dishsoap, as per Zaino advice) 2) Claybar 3) Zaino wash (Z7) 4) Z5 5) Z6 6) Z2 + ZFX 7) Z6 |
I wasn't aware that there were so many levels of Zaino.
Why is it that they don't advertise in Roundel or the many other car mags? |
Check out the Zaino website<---click here.
It seems to be a small company that is trying to keep up with "word-of-mouth" growth. A mom and pop outfit w/o the mom. :) |
