Hey julien, first of all, congrats. Laird isn't too bad, and i havn't tried the shell and yonge and yorkmills. I would suggest going somewhere where they hand dry it after. You don't want anything freezing on there. I just got my e60 recently so this will be the first winter for it. If i find a good place, i'll let you know.

cheers,
jack

Ok great, much appreciated. The most car wash damage I have ever suffered was on my A6 at the pseudo hand wash place on Laird (not the gas station)....Nice big interior scratch on the speedometer, no less. I'm thinking those touchless washes may be the most benign - except on the rims...

No car wash. Just hand wash your car and wax it before winter comes. Never allow car wash to touch my cars. Not before, not now and definitely not in the future.

Is impossible not to wash your car with all the salt and grimes it accumulates after a snow storm.
